This program is open to women working in industries or organisations where leadership remains male-dominated — whether that applies to your whole industry or specifically to the leadership levels of your organisation. This includes sectors such as non-government health and community services, education and training, tourism and hospitality, arts and culture, and sports administration. If your industry category is not traditionally male-dominated, please explain the leadership dynamics in your organisation and why this program is right for you.

The program works best when your employer actively supports your participation. We ask about this so we can plan the employer engagement component of the program and reach out to your sponsor if appropriate.

If you are self-employed, a sole trader, or your employer is not in a position to provide a sponsor, select "No" and leave the sponsor fields below blank.
