About Mentoring

Become a mentor for the 2026 program

Mentors play a central role in the Tasmanian Women's Leadership Scholarship Program. You will be matched with a participant based on your industry experience, career stage, and their development goals.

  • Commit to one 60-minute session per month for the duration of the program (August–November 2026).
  • Attend a two-hour online mentor orientation in July 2026.
  • Mentors are drawn from the Tasmanian Women's Council, Global Leadership Foundation alumni and Fellows, and the AFL Women's Leadership Program alumni.
  • Complete all sections — your profile is used to match you with the right participant.
